PLINC and you'll miss it
Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 9:11AM House Industries unvelied their spectacular "Fanatical Mechanical" PLINC show at Chapman University (the ol' alma mater) last night. The Guggenheim Gallery was packed full of House pieces, Photo-lettering specimens, and well-kept examples of machinery from that era. There was even on-site screen printing from Fresh Pressed!
The only thing more exciting than the show was a lecture with House honcho Rich Roat and master serigrapher David Dodde that was equal parts entertaining and educational. All I want in the world now is a denim vest with a "33" cobra patch on the back.
